Em-max is a new company set up James Phang and it's under Empire
Group Alliance as well. Since CAD is looking into SE at the
moment, they cannot do much with SE, so they set up Em-max and move
everything there and continue their operation as normal. It's based
in Hong Kong and I think they do it so
that Singapore law cannot do anything to it.
All members are asked to move their accounts to Em-max and those
who are still active will tell you they are no longer with SE but
with Em-max.
As for niulifestyle, I think it's selling health and skin care
products. If you ask me, I think the main reason why they set up
niulifestyle is because if they want to bring their friends there,
they don't have to say SE or Em-max which many people should now
know belonged to James Phang. Also if you check niulifestyle
website, it has no link to SE or Em-max.
So far, I have 2 persons trying to bring me in. They also said
niulifestyle and nothing about SE or Em-max. One of them, under
pressure from me, said they are under EGA but nothing about SE or
Em-max
